Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

  • If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • The exact fee depends on the courier service chosen.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item received), the customer will not be charged for the return shipping fee.

For faster processing and refund, please include a note inside the return package with the following details:

  • Payer’s Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Address
  • Reason for Return

Return Address:
Simply contact our customer service team at support@vyne-newyork.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide you with the correct return address.

Important:
Please do not send your package back until you have received the return address from our customer service team.
If a return is sent to the wrong address, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, a refund will be issued within 1–2 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days 
for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider or bank’s processing time.
