How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after an order is placed, it is reviewed, approved, and packed. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time
USA: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by DHL, USPS etc.

All delivery times exclude potential customs delays. During peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping for all orders worth $100 and above. This includes full insurance in case the package is stolen, lost, or damaged.

Where is my package?

Once shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

My tracking number is not working

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
If no updates appear after several days, please contact customer service for assistance.
